APRICA LTD has submitted a project for the construction of a new automobile museum in the resort town of Paralimni to the Cyprus Department of Environment.
According to the release, the developer intends to erect a two-story building on a 16,432 m2 plot:
- Basement floor - a parking, an elevator, a staircase, a car lift, a warehouse.
- Ground floor - a reception, an exhibition hall, an elevator, a staircase, a car lift, toilets.
- First floor - a car showroom, an elevator, a car lift, a staircase, and a museum office.

An exhibition area, a parking lot for 117 cars and 6 buses, a public area with green spaces and places for recreation will also be built in the open area around the building.
The museum will be designed for 126 cars. 56 will be placed on the ground floor, 42 will be on the basement and 28 should be on the second floor. The new museum will be able to accomodate 500 visitors.
The project cost is estimated at €1.7 million, of which €1.21 million will be used for the construction of the building, and €490 thousand for the creation of a parking lot.
APRICA LTD intends to implement the project in 16 months.
