The prestigious "Outstanding Architectural Project" award went to the Nicosia Municipal Council Chamber. Designed by Irwin Kritioti Architecture under the direction of Richard Deacon Irwin and Margarita Kritioti, the project has become a symbol of dialogue between history and modernity.

The 2025 “Young Architect Project” category revealed new names that are sure to become symbols of the island's architectural future. The main prize went to the restoration project of a traditional building in Kaimakli, carried out by the creative duo Michalis Anastasiou and Stefani Misseri from the Anastasiou Misseri Architecture Studio. They transformed a forgotten building into a living space, preserving its authenticity and historical texture.
Louis Loiz and Ioanna Evagora received an honorable mention in this category for their house design in Aradippou, Larnaca. Their design is a poem of seclusion and protection, where a stone wall becomes a symbol of silence and peace rather than a boundary.
The winner of the "Reconstruction and New Use" category was the M-Boutique Hotel project in Paphos, designed by architect Andreas Varda of VARDASTUDIO. He transformed an old building into a stylish boutique hotel, preserving its architectural character while creating a comfortable, cozy atmosphere that aligns with the spirit of modern tourism.
The cultural village project in Lembe, designed by Spiros Spiro, Haris Christodoulou, and Haris Solomou, received an honorary diploma. This place has become a meeting point between the past and the future. The restored buildings function as art residences, workshops, and galleries, connecting culture and everyday life.
Finally, the jury awarded a special prize to a two-story residence in a protected natural area in Larnaca designed by AMSA Afxentiou, Mougiakos, and Stasinopoulou Architects. Nektarios Afxentiou, Anargyros Mougiakos, and Zoe Stasinopoulou presented a design that blends architecture with the landscape. The project is a model of sustainable design thanks to its eco-friendly approach, minimalist forms, and respect for the context.
