The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) has announced a holiday promotion in which one hundred customers will have the chance to win €100 gift vouchers. To participate, residents simply need to opt out of paper bills and switch to the electronic billing system by December 30.
The company emphasizes that this initiative is part of its broader digitalization strategy, aimed at reducing paper use and improving customer convenience. Customers who already receive electronic bills will be automatically entered into the draw and will also be eligible to win.
Prizes and campaign terms
Winners will receive Prezzius Flex Card gift cards worth €100, which can be used at partner stores across the country. This initiative is part of EAC’s winter campaign to promote digital services and strengthen customer engagement. In this way, the company not only encourages residents to abandon paper notifications but also supports the retail sector during the pre-holiday season by boosting consumer activity.
Information stands in shopping malls
EAC is actively promoting the campaign in major shopping malls across Cyprus. For the next two Sundays, the company will operate information stands from 11:00 to 19:00, helping residents register on site and switch to electronic billing within minutes.
On December 7, a stand will be set up at Metropolis Mall in Larnaca, featuring a live broadcast with popular hosts Louis Patsalides and Astero Kyprianou. On December 14, the information stand will appear at My Mall in Limassol, accompanied by a live Klik FM broadcast with well-known local radio presenters.
