Costas Rusias, the head of the Federation of Associations of Construction Contractors of Cyprus, said that he was pleased to reopen the construction sector.
In his opinion, there is a breath of fresh air for everyone. The damage is estimated at tens of millions EUR because of the coronavirus.
At the same time, he said that the new guidelines for the constriction sector are inappropriate in some cases. For example, construction involves teamwork. And some points of innovation completely contradict this.
But, he added that the most important thing now is to protect people. So, let's be hoped that those guidelines will reduce the risks of infection at contraction sites during processes.
