An exclusive residential development, Coralia Villas, is to be built in one of the most picturesque corners of Cyprus.
The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection recently granted planning permission to Corallian Holdings Ltd.
According to the release, the residential complex will be located on the outskirts of the village of Peyia - in a quiet location, yet within walking distance of major attractions:
- 350 metres from the famous Blue Flag beach of Coral Bay;
- 3 minutes to the centre of Peyia with its restaurants, shops and entertainment;
- 3 minutes to the new marina in Paphos which is due to start construction next year.
The new residential development is an ensemble of 15 luxury villas, each with exquisite architecture, spaciousness and magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area. Of these: 7 will have three bedrooms, 2 will have four bedrooms and the remaining 6 residences will have two bedrooms. Bright interiors, quality finishes and attention to detail will create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere for the owners.
Each house will have a covered parking space, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens and photovoltaic panels on the roofs, which will significantly reduce electricity costs.
The total built area will be 8,343 m2, of which 1,171 m2 will be landscaped. The cost of the project is estimated at 5 million euros. Construction will start as soon as all the necessary documents have been received.
