The Department of Environment approved on Friday, June 11 a project for the construction of a large elite complex ZARIA RESORT - GRAND HYATT LIMASSOL.
It is worth noting that Anolia Holdings Limited had to make some amendments to it. Previously, the company was ordered to re-examine the impact of the project on the development area.
As a result, the Department of Environment prohibited the developer from laying a sidewalk in the coastal strip located south of the development site. It turned out that the sidewalks as projects fall under the "Law on environmental impact assessment of projects from 2018 to 2021". Therefore, this item should be excluded from the relevant authorization and considered as a separate project after the submission and evaluation of the relevant information form by the competent authority.
The seafront complex will be built in the tourist area of Pyrgos, surrounded by luxury 5-star hotels: Parklane, Luxury Collection Resort and Spa and Sofitel.
It will consist of a luxury hotel block with a west and east wing. The two buildings, each 36.5 m high, will accommodate a total of 300 rooms.
In the east wing, in addition to the hotel block, a 16-storey tower with 40 apartments will be built: 9 with one bedroom, 14 with two bedrooms, 16 with three bedrooms, as well as 1 luxury penthouse. The total height of the building will be 109 m.
The complex will include:
- fitness club "World Class" with an area of 1700 m2 with a 25-meter pool,
- A luxury spa offering comprehensive treatments using the Tavelis Spa concept,
- 6 outdoor pools, 2 of which are seawater,
- 2 tennis courts,
- multifunctional sports ground,
- cafeteria,
- lounge area,
- beach bar,
- spacious indoor and outdoor play and educational areas for children.
Also, for the convenience of residents and guests of the complex, a convenient parking lot will be equipped. The hotel block will provide a 3-level underground parking for 242 cars, 8 of which will be for people with disabilities. The residential complex will have an underground parking for 91 cars, 3 of them will also be for people with disabilities.
The project will be completed within 24 months.
