Work is nearing completion on The Icon, one of the most ambitious development projects in Limassol.
On Friday, January 29th, real estate developer Imperio announced that workers had begun assembling the last floor of the building. In addition, the interior decoration of the high-rise building is being actively carried out.
According to Imperio, the first tenants will be able to receive keys of their luxury apartments as early as June 2021.
It should be noted that all work is carried out in compliance with strict safety measures and recommendations of the Cyprus Ministry of Health.

As you may know, The Icon is one of the most iconic residential projects in Limassol, which should grace the cityscape for many decades.
The high-rise building is located in the heart of the Limassol tourist area, in Germasogeia, an area with the best leisure and entertainment activities of modern Cyprus. The height of the 21-storey building is 125 meters.
The Icon will have 60 exquisite turnkey residences (complete with furnishings and accessories) in a harmonious interior and distinguished by special attention to detail.
In addition, The Icon will have a number of unique features that will make owners life easier and more enjoyable:
- infinity pool on the 10th floor with a first-class bar,
- gourmet restaurant on the same floor,
- fitness and yoga club occupying the entire 11th floor,
- superb tennis court on the 5th floor.
The project cost is estimated at approximately 90 million euros.
