The central areas of Nicosia have recently attracted more and more investors who are investing their money in the construction of new facilities.
So the construction of a new 8-storey business center is nearing completion at the intersection of Kallipoleos Avenue and Ethnikis Frouras Street, in the area of Hilton Cyprus and the University of Cyprus.
According to a statement from the developer PCMK Holdings, the building will be commissioned in September 2021.
According to the idea, about 6 thousand m2 of the building will be given for offices, another 1 thousand m2 will be allocated for shops. The lower level also provides a spacious parking with a total area of 5 thousand m2 for 150 cars.
Moreover, all premises in the building are designed exclusively for rent.

According to the head of PCMK Holdings, Polys Kourousidis, Cypriot companies and multinational corporations are showing great interest in leasing office space in the new business center. Some of them are considering renting the entire building.
As a reminder, the construction of the building began in December 2019. The contractor for the project is Depcon.
The architecture of the building was handled by the renowned Cypriot bureau UDS Architects, and the architectural research and conceptual design was carried out in collaboration with Benoy Architects of Britain.
The cost of the project is estimated at €15 million, which was covered both by PCMK Holdings' own funds and by internal bank loans.
