The Cyprus Land Development Organization (KOAG) has officially signed a contract with A. Aristotelou Construction Ltd for the construction of a new residential complex, ADONIS III, in Limassol. The agreement marks another step in the implementation of the state’s affordable housing program.
The project will be developed in the Polemidia area and is designed to create a modern residential environment aimed at families and permanent residents of the island.
Details of the ADONIS III project
The new complex will include 29 three-bedroom duplex houses, to be built on Kantara Street. The project combines modern architecture, functional layouts, and a comfortable urban living environment.
The concept was developed based on the results of an architectural competition, ensuring a unified style with a focus on comfort and privacy.
The residential complex will meet modern Class A energy efficiency standards. The homes will feature photovoltaic systems, thermal insulation materials, and other solutions designed to reduce electricity costs. The project also includes essential infrastructure, covered parking spaces, and security systems, making it attractive to buyers.
Outlook and sales launch
The ADONIS III project is being implemented as part of KOAG’s affordable housing program. Prices for the houses are expected to be announced in May 2026, when applications from interested buyers will also open.
Experts note that the launch of ADONIS III confirms the active development of the construction sector and the state’s commitment to addressing housing issues. Such projects not only expand supply in the market but also contribute to urban development by creating new, comfortable residential areas.
Amid population growth and the increasing number of foreign professionals in Cyprus, such initiatives are becoming essential for maintaining balance in the real estate market and improving quality of life.
