A new residential complex will be constructed in Limassol.
On Wednesday, August 10, the Heart Group submitted to the Department of Environment its new project named Canyon.
According to the release, the developer intends to build a large residential complex in Pyrgos, one of the most prestigious areas of the city. By the way, the development site is located near the elite high-rise Limassol Tower, the 5-star Parklane Resort & Spa hotel and the famous Uptown Square restaurant.
The project involves the construction of five buildings, which will have a total of 34 apartments.
All apartments will have a modern design, high-quality finishes, thoughtful layout, as well as panoramic windows and spacious balconies, which will have stunning views of the surrounding area.
For the convenience of residents, the complex provides a gym, spa center, coworking space, swimming pool, cafeteria and other common areas.
The project was developed by Skhêma architectural bureau.
