The small hotel is located in the historic Lyssaridis building, which was built in the 1950s by doctor and politician Vassos Lyssaridis, in the Old Town neighborhood on Constantinou Palaiologou Street. Its convenient location makes Gate Twenty Two an ideal place to explore the cultural and business life of the capital of Cyprus.
The architecture of the historic building determined the style and the main concept of the interior design, reflecting the connection between the past and the present. By the way, various unique elements of the old mansion were preserved during the renovation process.
The hotel opened its doors for guests in May 2023. There are 32 rooms of different categories: standard, superior and deluxe.

NYX in Limassol
The cozy hotel, which opened in July 2023, is located near the Molos promenade, at the intersection of Anexartisias and Christodoulou Hatzipavlou. The 4-star boutique hotel, called NYX Hotel Limassol, has 135 modern rooms ranging from standard doubles to family and deluxe rooms.
The spacious and comfortable rooms are decorated in a modern Mediterranean style and pleasant colors, with balconies offering magnificent sea views. The design and interior of each room has been carefully thought out and designed to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxing vacation. For guests' convenience, the hotel has five restaurants (Chaos Lounge, Clash Business Lounge, Ethers Rooftop Bar, ONAR Mediterranean Bistro, Mizu - Mazu Asian Restaurant), an outdoor pool, gym, sauna and relaxation area. It is worth noting that NYX Hotel Limassol belongs to the famous Israeli hotel chain Fattal, which has been active in Cyprus since 2017.
Heart in Limassol
A small but very cozy hotel adorns the old town of Limassol. The hotel is located in the heart of the city in one of the historic buildings on Zinonos Street, behind the church of Agia Triada. Heart Hotels opened in the city in February 2023.
It offers a total of 12 comfortable rooms, each of which can accommodate up to two people. The building itself is very beautiful and has elements characteristic of mansions of the past time: balconies with ornate railings, double wooden doors, large windows, rooms with high ceilings and a courtyard. Thymises Boutique Hotel in Troodos
In August 2023, a new 2-story boutique hotel called Thymises opened its doors in a mountainous area near Nicosia. The small hotel is housed in a building that was built in the 50's. The convenient location makes Thymises an ideal place to relax and explore the sights of the central part of the island. Sparti Park is 20 km away, while the famous Kykkos Monastery is 30 km away.
It offers rooms with a garden or terrace. Guests can choose between junior suites and executive suites. Thymises Boutique Hotel is a suitable option for leisure or business travelers.
