The Cyprus Environment Ministry has issued a permit for the construction of a new residential complex called Aura Residences.
According to the release, the project will be realized in the Mackenzie district of Larnaca.
According to the plan, the developer will construct three 8-storey buildings with a total area of 842 m2. The height of each building will be 35.15 meters. There will be a total of 47 apartments in the complex. In Block A with the area of 267 m2 and Block B with the area of 286 m2 will be 16 two-bedroom apartments, and in Block C with the area of 289 m2 - 14 two-bedroom apartments and 1 three-bedroom apartment. For the convenience of owners in the complex provides a spacious parking lot for 55 cars, as well as a large swimming pool of 80 m2. The area around the buildings will be landscaped.
It is worth noting that the site is located approximately 2km south of the center of Larnaca and approximately 1km southeast of Mackenzie Beach. Approximately 300m to the west is the Salt Lake and 500m to the east is the Marina. Work on the project is expected to commence shortly. The complex is expected to be operational in 18 months. Its cost is estimated at 3 million euros.
