There's another residential complex on the way to Paphos.
On Wednesday, 25 April, the local developer announced that sales of luxury apartments and luxury villas in the project Angelonia Gardens 2 are now open.
The release says the complex will be in the Universal neighbourhood. Location is one of the main advantages of this project. There's a shopping centre, Kings Avenue, a lot of restaurants and bars, a few minutes away from the beach and two universities right nearby.
The plan is for the complex to consist of a three-storey block, with two- and three-bedroom flats and two villas with three bedrooms. The units will range in size from 98 to 170 square metres. All the units in Angelonia Gardens 2 will have a comfortable and spacious layout, stylish and concise interiors. The complex will have a swimming pool and car park for residents' convenience. The villas will have private pools.
The residential project will be all about modern design and architecture, as well as high-quality construction and finishing materials. At the same time, the exterior design of the buildings will blend in nicely with the surrounding area.
