On the 4th of December, an entire village will be auctioned in Cyprus. The initial cost of this lot is € 15 000 000.
The village (59 300 m2) is located near Latchi. There is a luxury tourist complex consisting of 145 properties: 70 studios, 50 one-bedroom apartments, 2 two-bedroom apartments, and 23 maisonettes.
The residential buildings' total area is 6120 m2, including common areas (reception, SPA, museum, taverns, cafes, restaurants, etc.).
The complex is currently being leased for five years. The lease was concluded on 02/21/2019 and expired on 02/21/2024.
Interested parties must pay a deposit of 10% of the lot's initial value (€1 500 000) before the start of the auction to confirm the seriousness of their intentions. The deposit will be returned to all failed customers at the close of the auction.
