The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection has issued a permit for the construction of a new residential complex to Carducci Estates Co Ltd.
According to the developer's release, the project will be carried out in the municipality of Peyia, near the Sea Caves.
19 luxurious villas will be built next to the protected area according to the highest standards, using innovative methods and only high-quality materials. It should be noted that the local landscape was taken into account when designing the buildings, so the developer managed to achieve a good balance between the aesthetic value of the villas and the natural beauty of Cyprus.
Each villa will consist of a basement and two underground floors. The territory adjacent to the houses will be equipped with private swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens, as well as parking.
For the interior decoration of the premises, there is a wide range of different design projects, so that each client can choose the interior of the house to his taste and maximize functionality.
The complex will have a shared parking lot for 23 cars, two of which will be designed for the disabled.
Due to the extremely convenient location, the owners of luxury mansions will be able to quickly get to any point in the city and the airport. There are cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a bank within walking distance.
The project is planned to be completed at the end of 2025.
