Fabretti Constructions Limited has announced its intention to build a luxury residential complex in the Engomi area.
According to the developer, the land on which the large-scale project will be realised belongs to the Kykkos Monastery.
According to the plan, on a plot of 20,000 m2, 8 high-rise buildings will be built, containing 280 modern apartments with one, two, three and four bedrooms. All apartments will have a unique design and beautiful finishes. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows will offer magnificent views of the city.
For the convenience of the owners, the complex will include a swimming pool, green areas of approximately 8,000 m2, a café, a gym, a rooftop restaurant, a spa, a large parking area for 657 cars and a car wash. Concierge, laundry and pet care services will be available to residents.
The new residential complex is expected to become a centre of the highest standard of living.
It should be noted that the Engomi area, close to the centre of Nicosia, offers urban convenience and suburban tranquillity.
Its strategic location provides easy access to business, cultural and entertainment centres. Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities including a variety of restaurants, shopping centres and medical facilities. Engomi has excellent transport links with a well-developed road and pedestrian network, making daily commuting easy. It is also home to prestigious educational institutions such as the European University and the University of Nicosia.
