Amathus Beach Hotel opened its doors in Limassol after a full renovation.
The 5-star hotel underwent major repairs as both rooms and common areas were modernized, as well as the surrounding area was renewed.
The hotel has a new main entrance, the main lobby, conference rooms, restaurants and cafes. The renovation of the hotel complex took about 7 months.
Also, the construction of a new residential high-rise building, Amathus Residences, is currently underway on the territory of the hotel.
It is expected that it will be finished by May 2023.
The construction of the building is carried out right on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, in one of the most prestigious areas of the city — Amathus.
The 14-story building has 47 one, two and three-bedroom apartments. 18 apartments will be given for hotel rooms for short-term clients, 29 apartments are for sale or will be for long-term rent.
One-bedroom apartments will be located on the sixth, seventh and eleventh floors of the luxury complex. They will have a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. The balconies will have a gorgeous panoramic view of the sea.
Two-bedroom apartments will be located from the sixth to the twelfth floor. They will have two bedrooms with private bathrooms or showers, an open-plan kitchen and a living room, as well as a guest toilet. All apartments will have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The three-bedroom apartments will be located on the sixth, seventh and eleventh floors and will have a sea view. There will be bathrooms and showers, an open-plan kitchen, an elegant living room and dining room.
On the fourth and fifth floors of Amathus Residences, there will be luxury apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, private pools and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Each apartment will have an open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and all bedrooms have a shower.
