The 5-star Amathus Beach Hotel has been temporarily closed for renovation until 13 March 2025.
During the renovation, the hotel will upgrade all rooms and common areas, improve the exterior and renovate the indoor swimming pool.
The renovated hotel is expected to reopen its doors to guests on 14 March. Remember that the Amathus Beach Hotel is located on the beach in Limassol. It has 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor saltwater pool, 5 restaurants and a 1,500 m2 spa centre.
The Amathus Beach Hotel has 239 rooms of 6 different types. The rooms are divided into two separate buildings - the main building and the VIP wing. All rooms and suites in the VIP wing of the main building offer additional VIP services and facilities.
It should be mentioned that in 2024 the Amathus Residences residential complex appeared on the territory of the hotel.
There are 47 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the 14-storey building. Of these: 18 are used as hotel rooms, rented to hotel guests on a short-term basis, and another 29 are used as private apartments and rented on a long-term basis.
The one-bedroom apartments are located on the sixth, seventh and eleventh floors of the luxury complex. The two-bedroom apartments are on the sixth to twelfth floors and the three-bedroom apartments are on the sixth, seventh and eleventh floors. All apartments have panoramic sea views from their balconies.
