On Thursday, February 11, Altamira put its most expensive mortgaged land up for sale.
The land is in the coastal area near the village of Mazotos (Larnaca). Its cost is estimated at € 5,700,000.
The site is located just 1.3 km southeast of Camel Park, 3 km from Mazotos village, on the unspoiled, stunningly beautiful Softades Beach and has a building rate of 45%. Not far from the site there are villages popular among tourists: Kiti, Perivolia and Meneou.
The land is rectangular, plain and adjoins a registered public road on the northwest border.
The plot can be divided into three independent parts.
According to Altamira, the offer is a unique opportunity for large investors to acquire a plot for large-scale construction of tourism or commercial properties in an area with very good development prospects.
Indeed, at present, local authorities are actively developing infrastructure in this area. In particular, the construction of the “Softades” yacht marina is underway, which is located within walking distance from the proposed plot of land. The marine will have 150 berths for boats, a hotel and private villas. In addition, there are many interesting attractions nearby.
