Limassol will soon have a new business centre. A 26-storey skyscraper called the Neocleous Tower is under construction on Agios Nektarios Street.
According to the developer's company, workers have constructed 16 ground floors. The tower has reached a height of more than 70 metres. As expected, the "pearl" of the project will be a multi-functional space on the fifth floor. WKK Architects, which developed the project, recently unveiled a unique recreation area. According to the company's chief architect, it harmoniously combines functional requirements with high aesthetics and luxurious design elements.

He noted that the beautiful space features an elegantly designed café, lounge bar and outdoor terrace restaurant. Inviting employees and guests of the tower to relax or entertain, this world-class dining area not only offers comfort, but also promotes a better balance between work and overall employee satisfaction. The multi-functional space also offers stunning panoramic views of the city.
In addition to the dining area, there are rooms that can be adapted for events, presentations, workshops, seminars or social gatherings. The rooms have been designed with furniture and partitions to accommodate both small and large group meetings.

Designed as the focal point of the skyscraper, the 5th floor area will foster a sense of community and connection, as well as a positive working culture throughout the building.
As a reminder, the building will be located just 730 metres south-east of the Akti Olympion A beach. The project is being carried out by ZEMCO CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.
The architectural design of Neocleous Tower was developed by WKK Architects. The firm's other creations in Limassol include the Oval office building, The One skyscraper and the Trilogy towers.
The project involves the construction and operation of a mixed-use tower with 26 floors and 4 basements. The building will house numerous offices, shops, a business centre, a cafeteria, a gym, apartments and a Euro-Mediterranean Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. In addition, the project will have a 4-storey underground car park and a surface car park with a total of 110 parking spaces, 7 of which will be for people with disabilities. There will also be 8 bicycle parking spaces in the underground car park.
The area of the plot on which Neocleous Tower will be built is 1,556 m2, of which 1,386 m2 will be occupied by the building. At the same time, the area of the skyscraper will be 12.6 thousand m2 and its height will be 120 metres. The area where the skyscraper will be built is quite developed, with many mixed-use, residential, office and commercial buildings.
