A new residential complex called Belle Air Niche Villas is to be built in Limassol.
The architectural firm Bolshakova Studio recently held a presentation of the large-scale project.
According to the presentation, it will be built in the picturesque area of Souni in Limassol. The project involves the construction of 24 luxury three-bedroom villas with a total surface area of 189m2 and private swimming pools. For the convenience of the owners, the complex will offer 25-metre swimming pool, padel court, fully equipped gym, meditation room, steam bath, business and entertainment room, coffee shop, children's playground, outdoor 'sunset lounge'.
According to Bolshakova Studio, the Belle Air Niche Villas project aims to redefine the concept of sophisticated living with beautiful Californian-style villas in harmony with the natural landscape of Cyprus. The villas will embody the perfect synthesis of styles, from clean lines to warm earth tones, offering a living experience that combines sophistication with a relaxed coastal atmosphere.

It is worth noting that the cost of the project is estimated at 40 million euros. Construction of the first villas is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025.
