On Friday, May 26th, Emerland Real Estate Ltd submitted their new project for consideration to the Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection.
The ambitious residential complex is planned to be built in the Zakaki area of Limassol.
Spanning across a 31,711 square meter plot, the project will consist of four four-story buildings housing a total of 400 luxury apartments, all designed in a cohesive architectural style.
The project was developed by a professional team of architects, engineers, and interior designers, with a focus on layout, size, and efficient use of space. Each apartment will feature a modern design, high-quality finishes, and thoughtful planning.
The complex will offer convenience to residents with amenities such as a gym, cafeteria, outdoor sports facilities, meditation areas, and two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). Additionally, there will be a spacious parking area with 240 parking spaces, including 200 for residents, 20 for visitors, and 14 for individuals with disabilities.

The estimated cost of the project is 24 million euros.
The construction will be carried out in two phases, with the completion expected no later than March 2025.
The location of the new complex is highly desirable, with the My Mall shopping center to the northeast, the City of Dreams Mediterranean casino resort to the east, Limassol Port to the southeast, Sunset Gardens to the northeast, Sky Gardens to the north, and Lanitis Golf Farm to the west. Furthermore, a magnificent sandy beach is just a couple of hundred meters away, and various shops and cafes are in close proximity. The absence of dense construction in the vicinity allows residents to enjoy peace, tranquility, and the vibrant colors of nature.
Zakaki is one of the most promising areas in Limassol. Previously considered an outsider in the real estate market, its prospects have significantly improved with the opening of the region's largest casino, a shopping center, and the agreement between the Republic of Cyprus and the United Kingdom allowing for development on British territories. This ensures that property prices in Zakaki will continue to rise in the coming decades.
