The Cyprus Department of Environment has issued an official permit to Lindorie Trading LTD for the construction of a large residential complex. According to the department, the project will be implemented within the administrative boundaries of the Mutayyak district in Limassol. The project is estimated to cost €14 million and take approximately 24 months to complete after all necessary documents have been obtained.
Architectural concept and layout
The project involves the construction of two towers, each 54 meters high. This approach was chosen to minimize shadowing of neighboring areas and to integrate the complex into the existing urban landscape.
Each tower will have an underground level, a spacious first level, a technical floor, and ten residential levels. Additional common areas are planned for the roof. The total building area will be several thousand square meters. The project is designed for comfortable living with the possibility of individual redevelopment.
Infrastructure and amenities for residents
The complex will have 116 parking spaces, including six for people with disabilities. Parking will be partially located in an underground space with 64 spaces and on the first level with 52 spaces.
For residents' convenience, the complex will have a swimming pool and 1,254 m² of green space along the northern border of the site. This "green belt" will serve as a natural barrier between the complex and the Nicosia-Limassol motorway, reducing noise and improving the ecological environment.
Modern housing in a prestigious area
The Mutayaka area, located near the center of Limassol and popular beaches, has long attracted the attention of investors and real estate buyers. The new project will be one of the most notable architectural solutions in this part of the city. It will combine modern design, high-quality construction, and a premium location.
