The Cyprus Environmental Protection Department has permitted Barzelia Ltd to build a large residential complex in Paphos.
According to the department, the developer intends to build thirty luxury 2-storey villas:
- 5 4-bedroom villas with private swimming pools and landscaped gardens, parking;
- 6 3-bedroom detached villas with private pools, landscaped gardens and parking;
- 8 3-bedroom detached villas with landscaped gardens and private parking;
- 11 2-bedroom detached houses with landscaped gardens and private parking.
This 15,887m2 luxury residential development will grace the prestigious area of Peyia. Due to its extremely convenient location, the owners of the villas will be able to quickly reach any part of the city and the airport. It should be noted that the magnificent Coral Bay beach is only 800 metres away from the development site. The design and architecture of the project will make it stand out from other developments. For the convenience of the residents, the complex will be equipped with two large public swimming pools (one for adults and one for children) and a recreation area with a bar, toilets and a playground. Special attention will be paid to the landscaping. In fact, 2,460 m2 of the total area of the development will be devoted to green areas.
One of the main advantages of the villas in the new complex will be their functionality.
Every square metre of space in all the villas will be used as efficiently and effectively as possible:
- The open-plan kitchen is ideal for family get-togethers and social gatherings.
- In the living area you can relax on a soft sofa and watch your favourite films.
- The presence of several bedrooms allows for privacy, relaxation and a good night's sleep.
- The spacious veranda will be a great relaxation area where you can simply place a table and a few chairs to enjoy the stunning Cypriot sunrise or sunset.
The estimated cost of the project is €20 million. Construction is expected to start in November 2024 and be completed within 24 months.
