The Cyprus Department of Environment has approved the construction of a new private clinic in the area of Aglandjia in Nicosia.
The cost of the project is estimated at 1.5 million euros. The medical facility will be built by Quale Vita Healthcare Ltd.
According to the release, the clinic will have two floors. In the basement, there will be a spacious parking and storage facilities. The mezzanine will have utility rooms, toilets, changing rooms and a dining room.
On the ground floor, there will be a dental department, which will include a reception room, medical offices, a sterile zone, sanitary facilities, a dental laboratory, as well as a blood collection room. There will also be four double rooms for patients, an endoscopy room, a first-aid post and utility rooms.
On the second floor, there will be a reception room, five doctors' offices with sanitary facilities and two more offices. Mechanical equipment and a system of photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof.
The area of the building plot will be 494 m2, the building will be 917 m2, and the underground Parking - 400 m2. The total height of the building will be 21 meters. The clinic is expected to open its doors to the first patients in 2023.
