A new business center will be built in Limassol.
Recently, the Department of Environment issued Avalanti Holdings Limited, part of the Ghelamco group, the building permit.
According to the release, the developer intends to build a high-rise commercial building next to the new Limassol marina, on the corner of Omonias and Franklin Roosevelt avenues.
The main goal of the new project is to cover part of the commercial needs in Limassol.
The area of the modern 12-story tower will be 5,000 m2.
Offices will occupy 3,960 m2, the rest of the space will be given over to a three-level underground parking. On the lower floors of the skyscrapers, premises are equipped for shops, cafes and restaurants.
It should be noted that the area around the building will be landscaped. A small public park will also be built nearby.
According to MEEP, the architectural composition of the proposed development is of high quality in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
Construction work is expected to start in the first half of 2024 and last about 18 months.
Currently, there are several trees on the site that were allocated for development. During the construction process, they will be preserved. However, no endemic plant species have been found here. The area of future development is mainly residential and commercial buildings.
In the future, the building is planned to be leased to large companies or start-ups.
