Another high-rise office building will appear in Limassol.
On Wednesday, December 15, Avalanti Holding Ltd submitted its new project to the Cyprus Department of Environment.
According to the release, the developer intends to erect a 10-story building (73 meters height) in the Omonia area. It will house offices and shops.
The total area of the building site will be 2,709 m2, and the total area of the building will be 3,948 m2. It is worth noting that the construction site is located at a distance of about 5 km southwest of the center of Limassol Municipality, at a distance of about 600 m south of the New Port and about 1.8 km southeast of Limassol Marina.
In addition to offices, the building will have: a cafeteria, a gym, a playground, a hall for various events. Also, a store with an area of 349 m2 will be opened on the basement and mezzanine floors.

For the convenience of employees and customers of the tower, there is a ground parking for 10 cars and a 3-level underground parking for 128 parking spaces.
The area around the building will be landscaped. A gorgeous fountain will appear in front of the entrance to the high-rise.
According to preliminary data, the commissioning of the high-rise is scheduled for 2024.
The main goal of the new project is to cover part of the labor and commercial needs of the wider territory of the Limassol Municipality.
