The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection has granted planning permission to Roomzly Ltd for a new residential development called Nightingale Residential Compound.
It is to be built in the village of Platres, in the mountainous region of Troodos, on the steep slopes of the Krios River, one of the three main rivers flowing into the Kouris Reservoir.
The cost of the project is estimated at €15 million. Construction is expected to begin once the developer has received all the necessary documentation. According to the press release, the residential complex will consist of six buildings with 21 apartments. They will be built close to the Millomeris waterfall and the Troodos National Forest Park network.
The height of the buildings will vary from seven to ten metres and the floor area will range from 182 m2 to 574 m2.
All houses will have a basement and a ground floor. They will be equipped with: storerooms, laundry rooms, toilets, changing rooms, wine cellars, parking spaces, engine room, comfortable bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bars.
It should be noted that the village centre of Pano Platres is approximately 246 metres from the development site and Cato Platres is approximately 2.3 kilometres away.
