On Wednesday, November 22, Alexandros Stephanis & Co Ltd announced its intention to build a new multi-purpose complex in the Strovolos area of Nicosia.
According to the developer's release, the project will be realized in two phases. The first involves the construction of underground and basement floors, as well as the commercial part, which will house the Stephanis Electronics store. Then Alexandros Stephanis & Co Ltd will construct residential apartments. The building will have a total of 41 apartments.
It should be noted that the height of the building will be about 57 meters. Thus, the commercial part of the complex will consist of two ground levels and a mezzanine, and the residential part will consist of 10 levels, which will be fitted with apartments and one additional floor, where a terrace for recreation, a swimming pool, a bar, as well as a gym will appear.
