The new complex will also include a cycle track, tennis court, basketball court, botanical garden and parks, a shop and a café.
The total built-up area will be 690,519 m2, of which 525,072 m2 will be buildings. On the territory of the new complex 8.7 thousand trees and bushes will be planted.
Implementation of the large-scale project will begin immediately after obtaining all necessary permits and will take about three years. Approximately 150 employees of various specialities will be involved in the construction.
It should be mentioned that the entire area of the proposed project was affected by the fire that broke out in Cyprus in August 2020. Although almost 3 years have passed since the fire broke out, the land has not yet been fully restored. The landscape consists of burnt tree trunks and areas that are gradually recovering due to soil erosion caused by rainfall.
