The tourist sector of Larnaca will be enriched with a modern hotel complex.
Recently, White Arches Tourist Enterprises Limited submitted a corresponding project for consideration to department of environment.
According to the press release, the developer intends to construct a new hotel in the Oroklini area, on the site of the former Eva Hotel.
The abandoned building of Eva Hotel will be demolished. White Arches Tourist Enterprises Limited has already obtained the necessary permission for the demolition of the hotel.
The new project envisions the construction of a building exclusively for tourism purposes, consisting of a ground floor, five above-ground floors, and a basement.
The height of the hotel will be 23.5 meters. In total, it will have 44 comfortable rooms. Among the amenities for guests, there will also be pools, parking spaces, a dining area, a multipurpose room, a gym, and storage facilities.
It is expected that construction work will begin shortly after the necessary permits are issued and will last approximately two years.
The estimated cost of the project is 4 million euros.
