The hotel sector of Cyprus is preparing for an important event: in June 2027, a new luxury resort, Nalu Latchi Leonardo Limited Edition, will open in Latchi. The project is being implemented by Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, which has been responsible for the development of the Fattal Hotels Group in Greece and Cyprus since 2017.
The new hotel will become part of the Leonardo Limited Edition collection — a carefully selected line of five-star destinations with a focus on unique design and a high level of service.
A new boost for the tourism sector of Paphos
The resort is located near the picturesque port of Latchi in the Paphos area — one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus. The region is known for its clean beaches, proximity to the Akamas National Park, and well-developed infrastructure for family holidays. The opening of Nalu Latchi will strengthen Paphos’s position as a center of high-quality resort tourism. In recent years, Cyprus has been actively investing in the modernization of hotel infrastructure, focusing on the premium segment and high-level family vacations.

Nalu Latchi is designed primarily for families. The complex will feature 240 stylish rooms, of which 90 are family swim-up categories with direct access to the pool from a private terrace.
The hotel is divided into 11 separate buildings, each named after a character or motif from Greek mythology. This architectural solution will ensure privacy and comfort. At the same time, guests will have quick access to all main leisure areas.
