The Cyprus Department of the Environment has approved the construction of a new 11-story high-rise called Park Avenue in Larnaca.
The building on a 936 m2 plot will be constructed by the development company Santabros Enterprises.
Park Avenue will be constructed in the city center, on Grigoris Afxentiou Avenue. According to the release the project, which belongs to the category of "high-rise buildings", implies the construction and operation of a 45.35m height tower, which will have 11 above-ground floors (including a basement) and a semi-basement for parking.
At the same time the space on the ground floor will be used as a parking lot for residents, and apartments will be located from the first to tenth floors. In total, 23 luxury apartments will appear in the building, and 38 parking spaces will be provided to its residents.
The complex will have an extravagant architectural design and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and Larnaca Salt Lake.

Based on the environmental study, the project will be located 1.3 km away from the Larnaca Marina and the beach, 50 meters away from the Larnaca City Library and Municipal Theater, 250 meters west of the American Academy School, 500 meters from Pancyprian High School and 300 m west of the old Larnaca hospital.
The area in which the new high-rise will be constructed is well developed, there are many mixed, residential, office and commercial buildings around.
The developer expressed his hope that the Park Avenue project should strengthen the confidence of potential international investors, as well as contribute to the future development of Larnaca.
