The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection has issued a permit to AC Prospecta Homes Services for the construction of a new high-rise mixed-use development in Paphos.
According to the developer's release, the project will be realized in the area of Agios Theodoros.
The total area of the development site will be 8,212 m2 and the complex will have a total area of 3,253 m2. At the same time, 1,231 m2 will be allocated for green areas. On the southern border, the project will be accessed from Persefonis Street, while on the western border it will be accessed from Evagora Pallikaridis Street.

The mixed-use complex will include four high-rise buildings.
The height of the buildings will be 60 meters. Each building will consist of two underground and twelve ground floors, which will connect the basement level. According to the idea, the complex will be equipped with modern offices (2 ground floors) and luxury apartments (10 ground floors). For the convenience of owners and residents, the project provides a gym, lounge areas, indoor and outdoor terraces, stores, swimming pools on the roofs, as well as a spacious 2-level parking lot.
Construction is expected to start soon. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
