The Cyprus Environment Ministry has granted planning permission for a new high-rise complex to be called Best Western Zenon.
The project is owned by Legfar Investments Limited and will be located in the Skala area of Larnaca, just 150 metres from the sea and Finikoudes beach.
According to the release, the developer intends to construct an 11-storey building with a height of 42.4 metres. The tower will consist of six residential floors, one technical floor, one wellness floor, three parking levels and a roof garden.
There will be a total of 24 comfortable apartments in the building, as well as commercial space. In addition, the proposed development will include an underground space of 156 m2 with a depth of approximately 6 metres. The well-appointed apartments, together with the ground floor bar and restaurant, swimming pool and rooftop bar, will create the perfect harmony between work and leisure in the heart of Larnaca. The development plot will have a total area of 1,014m2 and the hotel will have a total area of 996m2.

All apartments in Best Western Zenon will be rented out.
