On Monday 15 July, Pandigi Ltd submitted its new project to the Cyprus Environmental Protection Department for review.
According to the notification, the developer intends to construct a 19-storey building with a height of 90.8 metres.
The skyscraper will be located at the intersection of Archbishop Makarios III Avenue and Agia Zoni Street, in the Agios Nektarios district of Limassol.
The mixed-use project includes:
- 2 underground levels with a car park for 190 cars;
- 19 ground floors which will include: modern office space, apartments, shop, cafeteria, exhibition space, gym, sauna, spa area, changing rooms, steam room, reception area and others.
The total area of the building will be approximately 1,218 m2 and the total area of the building plot will be 4,061 m2.
Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof and façade of the building to cover part of the energy consumption with renewable energy. For the convenience of visitors, in addition to the underground car park, there will be a 21-space surface car park next to the skyscraper.
The cost of the project is estimated at 45 million euros. Work will begin once all the necessary permits have been obtained. The skyscraper is expected to be operational within 24 months.
Project details:
- 1st floor - Exhibition space and staff canteen;
- 2nd floor - Gym, sauna, spa, changing rooms, steam room and reception area;
- Floors 3 to 14 - Office space;
- 15th floor - File room, maintenance, control and security rooms, building manager's office and conference room;
- 16th floor - function rooms;
- 17th and 19th floors - 3 apartments.
