Halemo Ltd. promotes the construction and operation of residential, commercial, and office development in the Tower of the Limassol District.
The project concerns the construction and development operation, including two residential buildings (Block A and Block B) and four commercial buildings (Blocks C, D, E, and F).
The residential buildings will consist of 44 apartments, a tennis court, and an outdoor swimming pool. The commercial buildings offer 16 store spaces with storage space for each, six apartments, and six office spaces. The development has a total of 251 parking spaces, of which eight are for the disabled.
The area of the high-rise buildings covers an area of approximately 9 694 m2.
Housing needs
Tourist and residential developments mainly characterize the area where the proposed project will be constructed. "The growth trend observed in the wider study area creates, among other things, the attraction of people who would like to acquire permanent residence in the area, and at the same time creates the need to house people who will work in future developments," said the project study.
The project aims to meet the housing needs of people who want to work and live in the area1 and strengthen the area with new professional spaces and new jobs that will be accompanied by organized public and private green spaces and public and private parking.
