Limassol will have one more modern medical facility.
On Friday, April 12, Pouros Developments announced the construction of a new clinic called City Med in the Agios Ioannis area.
According to a release from the developer, the building will consist of six floors with a total covered area of 3,250 m2. It will be equipped with ergonomic rooms, finished with high quality materials, which will be equipped with modern equipment. Most of the facility will be occupied by doctor's offices and outpatient clinics. The project was developed by professional architects and designers.
It should be noted that the development of the health sector in Cyprus and attracting foreign investment, medical tourism, as well as the transformation of the country into a regional center of high-level health care is not an easy task.
Investor interest in building or opening new hospitals on the island is an important step towards achieving the above goals. Over the past year, several foreign companies have announced plans to invest in the development of various medical facilities. This confirms the fact that healthcare in Cyprus is a very developing and promising area.
