The Cyprus Department of Environmental Protection is considering an application to build a new office complex called APPLE TREE & PEAR OFFICE.
According to the release, the project includes two blocks. The first building will be 42.3 meters high (11 floors) and the second will be 19.5 meters high (5 floors).
The sections will have two common underground levels and two common above-ground levels. At the same time, they will be completely independent functionally from each other.
Tower A (11 floors) will be equipped with conference halls, a cafeteria, and offices. Tower B (5 floors) will have modern office premises. At the first floor level, there will be a single linear parking lot, under which the reception will be located.
The complex will be built in the prestigious municipality of Strovolos, on Marathasas Street.
By the way, the building plot is located at the junction of 2 important avenues of the city (Strovolos and Spyros Kyprianou). It currently has a building with two elevated levels, which will be demolished before the realization of the proposed project.
The project aims to improve and modernize the center of Nicosia. The main objective is to cover part of the labor and commercial needs in the capital. The construction of APPLE TREE & PEAR OFFICE is expected to create new jobs and further strengthen the region by enhancing the socio-economic character of the area.
The cost of the project is estimated at €20 million.
Work will commence once all necessary permits have been obtained and is expected to last approximately 28 months.
