The international hotel chain Brown Hotels has officially entered the Cypriot market by opening its first hotel on the island, the Paphos Hills Resort.
This cozy, stylish resort is located in the Geroskipou area, near Paphos. The hotel recently opened its doors to guests. According to the management company, the hotel will be open from April to November.
Paphos Hills is a modern four-star hotel that offers a relaxing poolside atmosphere, wellness programs, family amenities, and excellent Mediterranean cuisine. The space is decorated in warm, natural colors with boho design elements inspired by Tulum and Mykonos.
The hotel offers 87 elegant rooms in seven categories. Options include rooms for couples and families with children, as well as luxurious suites with sea views or private pools for discerning guests. The flagship room is the 70-square-meter Papiana Suite, which can comfortably accommodate up to five people. It has a dining area, a balcony, large beds (one queen and one king), a work space, a minibar, Egyptian cotton linens, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries, an HD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, and a safe.
The hotel has two restaurants:
- Brown Kitchen, which serves hearty breakfasts in a relaxed atmosphere, and
- Rakia, a signature steakhouse with panoramic sea views.
Rakia offers an à la carte menu on weekdays and a buffet on weekends. Guests have access to two outdoor pools and one indoor, heated pool exclusively for adults in the spa area. The spa center features a Jacuzzi, a sauna, four massage rooms, and relaxation areas.
The hotel also has a modern gym, a library, and comfortable lounge areas in the lobby. Families with children will enjoy the children's pool, kids' club, and special area for teenagers with entertainment activities. Paphos Hills is also suitable for business meetings and events, with a conference room and facilities for weddings and private parties. The hotel is conveniently located. Guests have access to free parking, a daily shuttle to the city center and the beach, and bicycles to explore the hills and coastline.
Brown Hotels was founded in 2010 by Israeli hoteliers Leon Avigad, Nitzan Perry, and Nir Weitzman.
The chain operates stylish hotels in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Athens, and Croatia. Today, Brown Hotels comprises 26 hotels, with Paphos Hills being its first project in Cyprus. Brown Hotels plans to open new resorts around the world in the future. Recently, the chain became part of Israel Canada Hotels, expanding its presence in Israel and Greece.
