On Thursday 20 March, the Cyprus Environment Ministry granted PG Economides Properties Ltd. planning permission for an 87-metre building.
The €22 million project will be located on the Limassol seafront in an area with a developed infrastructure of residential and office buildings, shops and restaurants. Incidentally, the Griva Digeni Avenue is only 68 metres away from the development site and the famous Oval commercial building is 120 metres away.
According to the developer, the mixed-use project will include 2 underground levels, a mezzanine, 18 ground floors and a roof garden. The total built-up area will be 8,271.78 m2 and the paved area will be 1,250 m2. The tower will include multifunctional office and commercial space.
For the convenience of employees and visitors, the building will have a spacious car park with 146 parking spaces, 7 of which will be for people with disabilities.
Parking will be provided on two underground levels, as well as on the basement and ground floor. There will also be 20 spaces for bicycles and 15 for mopeds.
Construction of the facility will begin as soon as all the necessary documents have been received. The project will take 28 months to complete.
