Nicosia is preparing for significant urban development: the renowned property developer Cyview has announced a major investment project in the Latsia area. The developer has acquired a large plot of land. The site, which was home to the popular Ginger Swimming Pool for many years, will be transformed into a modern multifunctional complex combining residential, hotel, leisure and corporate event facilities.
Large-scale investment with a focus on the development of the capital
The 6,186 m² project will be one of the most significant investments in the Nicosia real estate segment in recent years. The investment will amount to several million euros, and the architectural concept will take into account the latest global trends in urban planning and green construction.
According to urban planning conditions, the site has been allocated a building coefficient of 140% for half the area and 100% for the remainder, providing ample scope for flexible planning and functional zoning.
Construction is expected to begin in 2026
The company is currently obtaining all the necessary permits, including urban planning and building licences. According to the plans, the active phase of construction will begin in early 2026.
Cyview CEO and founder Andreas Mikhail emphasised that this is a strategic investment with a long-term perspective and significant socio-economic impact, not just a commercial project. He believes that the new complex will become a landmark in Nicosia, offering modern comfort, well-designed public spaces and high-quality architecture.
Space for living, working and relaxing
The future complex will comprise apartments, hotels, restaurants, business halls and public spaces, fostering a harmonious blend of private life and business activity. It will be able to host large-scale corporate and cultural events, increasing the tourist appeal of Nicosia and providing additional jobs.
Cyview continues to invest in the future
It is worth noting that Cyview is actively expanding its portfolio of projects in Cyprus, focusing on quality, sustainable development and creating high-value facilities. Its projects are already proven to be oriented towards long-term operation, environmental friendliness and meeting the modern needs of Cypriot residents and visitors alike. The launch of the new Latsia complex will further shape the modern image of the capital, where city life's comforts, developed infrastructure, and high service standards are organically combined.
