The Cyprus Environment Ministry has granted Celicandial Ltd permission to build a large tourist complex in Paphos.
According to the press release, the project will be carried out in the Peyia area, on a plot with a building coefficient of 0.3 (2 storeys), adjacent to the area of the Natura 2000 network 'Akamas Peninsula'.
The developer will construct 26 two-storey villas with private swimming pools and a biological treatment plant, as well as the internal road network, green areas and other necessary infrastructure for the convenience of the complex's clients.
The cost of the project is estimated at €7.8 million and construction is expected to start after obtaining the necessary permits. The project will take 16 months to complete.
