NCH Capital Inc has filed an application for the Department of Environment for the construction of a new project called TROY.
According to the release, the company intends to build a large residential complex in the village of Pyla, which will revitalize not only the local community, but also a wider area of eastern Larnaca.
The total building area will be 23 thousand m2. The complex, which will function as a modern resort, will have 280 luxury apartments. There Will be restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, services, spa, gym.
The construction of the complex is scheduled for early 2022. According to the plan, the owners will receive the keys to their apartments in 2023.
According to the developer, the prices for the apartments in the project will be very attractive and will be able to satisfy all the preferences of all the clients: who plan to move in, rent it out or make an investment.
It is worth noting that TROY is part of the overall plans and investments that NCH Capital Inc intends to carry out in the Larnaca area, taking into account the prospects for the development of tourism and residential products.
In addition to the money that will go to our funds from taxes and permits, it will draw attention to our region from other investors, and hundreds of new jobs will be created. The more money goes to our treasury, the more infrastructure projects we can implement in the future. Pyla is changing its image, and entrepreneurs working in the area, as well as its local and foreign permanent residents, are talking about this, ”said Simos Mitidis, head of Pyla's public council.
By the way, in addition to the TROY complex, NCH Capital Inc is now actively engaged in the implementation of two more large projects in the Pyla village area - Floating Scapes on a coastal area of 33 thousand m2, which is located next to the former Beau Rivage hotel, as well as the development of a mixed-type hotel complex on place of Beau Rivage.
We must admit that although, on the one hand, there are good prospects for tourism development in the village, on the other hand, there is disappointment in connection with the long stagnation observed in the implementation of the second stage of reconstruction of the Larnaca-Dhekelia coastal road, which passes through the Pyla tourist area. Its length is about two and a half kilometers.
The mayor noted that there are constant bureaucratic delays. In the meantime, officials cannot agree, the cost of road reconstruction is growing. If in 1996, when this issue was initially discussed in parliament, the modernization was estimated at 4 million euros, today it will exceed 25 million euros.
