A large-scale park complex will soon be built in Larnaca.
A new public place for the recreation of citizens and guests of Larnaca will be equipped in Aradippou, on the site between the Pascal private school and the Church of the Panayia Ematousa (Panagia ton Ampelion).
It is worth noting that the park in Aradippou will be the largest in the entire province of Larnaca. Its area will be 33,994 m2. The building site is located in the parish of Apostolos Lucas. In particular, under the administration of the municipality of Aradippou.

Our municipality has done a lot of work to develop a development plan for this site. We have recently signed a contract with the land registry, so we are ready to start issuing an urban planning permit to begin the implementation of the project," said the Mayor of Aradippou Evangelos Evangelides.
He also added that "a remarkable study was carried out to make this area not only a place of recreation and recreation, but also a meeting place of culture and traditions."
It is expected that work on the project will begin immediately after the issuance of city planning permits.
The implementation will take about 2 years. The cost of the new park is estimated at 1.5 million euros.
