The building of the former Pancyprian Bakers Company factory in Kokkinotrimithia, Nicosia is being converted into a large-scale complex, the cost of which is estimated at 15 million euros.
Lawyer Christos Vassiliadis, who bought the building from Gordian Holdings for 1.25 million euros, submitted an application to the Department of the Environment for consideration.
According to the release, the old building will be demolished and replaced with:
- Warehouse premises with an area of 3,142 m2,
- Olive oil processing workshop with an area of 887 m2,
- A room for storage and aging of wine with an area of 1,686 m2,
- Exhibition area 750 m2
- Living room with an area of 863 m2,
- Mechanical workshop with an area of 107 m2.

In total, the new building will have 2 floors. The area of the first will be 6 333 m2, the second will be 1 253 m2.
In addition, a spacious parking lot for 101 cars will be equipped next to the complex. Including 5 will be allocated for people with disabilities. There will also be a parking lot for buses, which are expected to bring tourists.
Construction work on the project is expected to be completed in December 2022.
