The Department of Environment has approved the construction of a large-scale complex on the site of the former Pancyprian Bakers Company factory in the Kokkinotrimithia area in Nicosia.
The cost of the project is estimated at 15 million euros.
Bremeron Holdings Ltd intends to demolish the old buildings on the site, and then erect a new modern 2-storey building. The area of the first floor will be 6,333 m2, the second - 1,253 m2.
The building will include:
- Storage facilities - 3,142 m2,
- Olive oil processing plant - 887 m2,
- Wine storage and aging room - 1,686 m2,
- Exhibition area - 750 m2
- Living area - 863 m2,
- A machine shop - 107 m2.
A spacious parking lot for 101 cars will be equipped next to the complex. Including 5 will be allocated for people with disabilities. There will also be a parking lot for buses that are expected to bring tourists.
The project implementation period is December 2022.
