The Cyprus Department of Environment Protection Received an Application for the Construction of a New Business Center.
According to the Release, the Commercial Complex, Named "The Link," Will Be Built in the Dali District, on Limassol Avenue, in Nicosia.
The 5-story building will cover an area of 10.4 thousand square meters, with 2.5 thousand square meters dedicated to commercial use. The business center will feature luxurious offices, restaurants, shops, cafes, and medical facilities, along with a limited number of elite apartments. The architectural design for the project was developed by Aevitas Architecture Studio, a globally renowned office with extensive experience in designing mixed-use facilities, including offices, commercial spaces, residential properties, and entertainment venues.
The estimated cost of the project is €60 million, and the implementation period is set to be two years.
Developers of the project, considering the current market conditions, plan to lease the apartments and office spaces in "The Link" instead of selling them. This decision is motivated by high interest rates and inflationary pressures, making it challenging to organize sales. Developers believe that the leasing option may gain more support, at least at this stage. The project is not the only multimillion-dollar residential and office development in the Dali area, reflecting the growing interest in the capital city of Cyprus.
