Construction of a 26-storey skyscraper called Neocleous Tower continues on Agios Nektarios Street in the centre of Limassol.
According to the developer's company, workers have completed all the ground floors. They are currently completing the equipment of the three levels of the underground car park, as well as the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment. The interior and exterior finishing of the building is in progress. The project is progressing according to schedule without any delays. Therefore, barring any force majeure, the elite tower will be delivered in 2025.
Meanwhile, 65% of the offices in the tower have already been leased. Companies large and small are showing increasing interest in the project, and the number of vacant spaces is rapidly decreasing. Tenants have already begun furnishing their workspaces with a focus on design flexibility to create unique professional spaces that reflect their corporate identity.

The architectural design of the Neocleous Tower was developed by WKK Architects. Their other creations in Limassol include the Oval office building, The One skyscraper and Trilogy Towers.
The project involves the construction and operation of a mixed-use tower with 26 floors and 4 basements. The building will house numerous offices, shops, a business centre, a cafeteria, a gym, apartments and a Euro-Mediterranean Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. The project also includes a large underground car park and a surface car park with a total of 110 parking spaces, 7 of which will be for people with disabilities. There will also be 8 bicycle parking spaces in the underground car park.
The area of the plot on which Neocleous Tower will be built is 1,556 m2, of which 1,386 m2 will be occupied by the building. At the same time, the area of the skyscraper will be 12.6 thousand m2 and its height will be -120 metres. The neighbourhood in which the skyscraper will be built is quite developed, there are many buildings of mixed, residential, office and commercial type.
