Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus Ltd is looking for a specialized VIP Marketing Executive with knowledge of the Hebrew language to attract Israeli VIP players to the Limassol casino.
With the publication in the press, Cyprus Casinos, managed by the Melco group, are looking for a VIP Marketing Executive who speaks Hebrew as his mother tongue.
Among its tasks is to locate and develop/acquire new business activities, attracting premium VIP customers. At the same time, it should keep VIP customers satisfied by increasing their loyalty programs and gaining personal contact with those customers.
At the same time, it is the responsibility of this individual to determine and evaluate the activity of the casino's VIP customers by providing appropriate incentives and authorizing or approving an average amount of compensation (room, food, drink, event tickets, promotional brands, free play, airline tickets or discounts).
The Hebrew VIP Executive, Business Development, should have at least three years of sales and business experience, preferably in the casino sector.
Experience in the regional casino market is considered an advantage. He/she should have a proven track record of success in sales and business development related to high-quality services/products and have Hebrew as a mother tongue and have excellent English knowledge.
Remember that the Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus Limited ("ICRC") Consortium consists of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited and The Cyprus Phassouri (Zakaki) Limited, a member of the CNS Group.
The Consortium has secured a 30-year license for the development and operation of a multidisciplinary resort in Cyprus, under the name City of Dreams Mediterranean.
The Company currently operates a temporary casino, the first licensed casino in the Republic of Cyprus, which opened its doors in June 2018, and satellite casinos under Cyprus Casinos "C2". With the City of Dreams Mediterranean's operation, the Company will continue to operate the satellite casinos while the temporary casino process will be terminated.
The total investment of the project exceeds € 550 000 000.
It is estimated that the City of Dreams Mediterranean will create about 4,000 jobs during the construction phase and around 2,500 permanent employment with the start of its operation, contributing to about 6,500 direct and indirect full-time positions. In addition to creating new jobs, the launch of IR is expected to attract 300,000 tourists a year.
